Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide the Christmas lights?
Yes. We use professional commercial-grade lighting selected and customized for your display.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No — you lease them. Custom-fit, commercial-grade lights are provided for your display as part of your service. We supply, install, maintain, remove, and store them — no purchase required. Love your display and want to keep it? You can buy your light set outright: add $395 to the Standard package, $595 to Signature, or $995 to VIP.
Do you take the lights down?
Yes. Professional takedown is included with qualifying installation packages.
What happens if a light stops working?
Contact us during the season and we'll address service issues according to your service agreement.
Can you decorate trees and landscaping?
Yes. Trees, bushes, walkways, wreaths, garland, and architectural elements can be incorporated depending on your package and property.
When should I book?
As early as possible. Prime installation dates become limited as Thanksgiving approaches.
Do I have to be home for installation?
In many cases, no. Once your design and installation details are approved, exterior installation can often be completed without you being home.
